All prices are for the use of the whole Villa and not per person.

A damage deposit of £200 will be required and returned promptly at the end of your stay.

The Villa is furnished for 6 people but with the sofa bed it will comfortably sleep 6 adults and 2 children.

Travel cot and high chair available for a small fee.

Welcome packs can be arranged.

50% of the total holiday is required at the time of booking with the remainder due 6 weeks before your holiday.

Changeover day: Saturday, however the possibility of negotiation during quiet periods. Please speak to the owner about your requirements.
