This newly built 3-bedroom villa is located in a complex of 8 holiday homes, named Sunny Park Villas. The complex is situated in an elevated position of Rogachevo village, set on a beautiful hill overlooking the coast and close to Albena and Kranevo resorts.

The villa is fully furnished to meet all self catering rental requirements. It comprises a living room with dining area for 6 people, lounge with TV and DVD and open plan kitchen area on the ground floor. fully fitted with a large fridge/freezer, oven, 2 hobs, microwave, kettle, Coffee maker, toaster, extractor and washing machine. On the same level there is a shower room and a double bedroom with full wheelchair access.

A master bedroom, another twin bedroom and a bathroom are located on the first floor. All rooms of the villa have air conditioners, the flooring in the bedrooms is laminated parquet, the corridors and the living room are tiled.

There is a large swimming pool (10 m x 5 m) and a children’s pool in the centre of landscaped gardens with sun lounging area. A BBQ area is at the right end of the complex.

All this at a short driving distance – (about 5 min) from the massive beach at Albena resort with dozens of restaurants, bars, clubs and sport entertainments, 17 tennis courts, a riding club with 30 horses and 2 arenas, a yacht club, fitness centres, bowling hall, playgrounds for beach volleyball, a center for paragliding and scuba diving school. The same distance of about 3 – 4 km is to the well known sea village of Kranevo, where you will find a very good variety of bars, restaurants and children activities.

Notes:
The folding sofa bed in the living room raise the max sleeps of the villa up to 6 adults + 2 children's.
There are up to 5 shared parking spaces in the complex. Inbuilt BBQ. Shared large swimming pool and children’s pool. TV/DVD, Outdoor patio table with 4 chairs available, sun loungers and childrens travel cot and high chair.

Changeover day: Saturday, however there is the possibility of negotiation during quiet periods. Please speak to the owner about your requirements.
